Finished the development of a new decanter (centrifuge) for the production of olive oil born from the synergy between the companies FARCHIONI, TECNOLIVA and EXCOGITA that developed the engineering, construction and software part. The innovative objectives achieved are the following:

  • DOUBLE ENGINE SYSTEM that allows ADJUSTING FROM THE OPERATOR PANEL THE DIFFERENTIAL OF THE DECANTER (RPM difference between drum and auger), in this way it is possible to adjust the system according to the type of olives or their degree of ripeness, or you can choose to adjust it depending on the level of “fished” you want (more or less pure oil draft).
  • AUTOMATIC REGULATION SYSTEM FOR QUALITY / RESET, this is a “closed loop” operating mode which, if enabled, allows to work in self-regulation on the differential in order to obtain maximum quality or maximum yield in a constant and automatic manner independently from the courses and the type of product.
  • ENERGY SAVING SYSTEM allows to go in energetic compensation between active and passive elements (between torque motor and brake motor), obtaining the minimum net consumption for this purpose.
